Honoring the legacy of Texas Brewing pioneers
For over 175 years, local Texans have supported the brewing industry and the people who made the craft possible. Heinrich Kreische's Bluff beer was one that was celebrated and enjoyed for miles around La Grange, making it the third largest brewery in Texas at its height of production. Today, craft brewers from around the state gather back on the Bluff to celebrate the rich beer history of Texas. Featuring over 15 of the oldest and newest breweries as well as some of the most awarded and accoladed in the state, Texas History on Tap has something for everyone to enjoy. |
Texas History on Tap is not just a beer festival—it is an interactive educational experience that celebrates the history and legacy of Texas brewing pioneers. It also helps to raise money to support further education and preservation initiatives at Kreische Brewery and Monument Hill State Historic Sites.
